This discipline consists of two departments including the Dept. of Business Administration, Dept. of Accounting and the MBA and EMBA Center and offers six master’s degree programs in Corporate Management, Accounting, Technological Economics and Management, Master of Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA and EMBA). There are characteristic specialties of Business Administration and Accounting. This discipline has formed its own advantages and features in the following areas: corporate strategies, corporate governance, organizational innovation and creation, industrial venture capital, corporate diagnosis and corporate financing. Many faculties in this discipline are experienced in consultation to companies and act as independent directors of board and consultants in some listed companies. A number of high level academic papers have been published and some research projects subsidized by China Natural Science Foundation and enterprises and government departments at both provincial and municipal levels have been accomplished in this discipline and have won a national reputation in China.
