On October 30, the Ministry of Education announced the results of the first batch of national first-class undergraduate courses, in which 49 first-class courses of Southeast University were selected, and 3 courses of our school were selected, including one online first-class course, one offline first-class course and one online and offline hybrid first-class course. This fully affirms the effectiveness of our school in seriously implementing the "double million plan" for the construction of first-class undergraduate courses, and our school will continue to strengthen the construction and management of first-class courses, innovate teaching methods and concepts, and cultivate innovative, complex, and application-oriented talents in economics and management.

It is reported that, according to the spirit of the "Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Courses" (Education High [2019] No. 8) and the requirements of the relevant circulars, 5118 courses were recognized as the first batch of national first-class undergraduate courses (including 1559 national high-quality online open courses and national virtual simulation experimental teaching program, which were set originally in 2017 and 2018 and have made significant contributions in promoting the deep integration of information technology and education teaching, especially in the large-scale online teaching implemented during the response to the new crown pneumonia). Among them, there are 1875 online first-class courses, 728 virtual simulation experimental teaching first-class courses, 1463 offline first-class courses, 868 online and offline hybrid first-class courses, and 184 social practice first-class courses.

National-level first-class undergraduate courses will be recommended in the way of track by track according to the characteristics of the central department-owned universities and local universities' orientation and training objectives, with the quota divided, and the recommended courses of provincial and ministry universities will be included in the track of central department universities. The Ministry of Education will organize experts to identify the recommended courses by year, which will be released to the society after public announcement. Dynamic management will be implemented for the identified national first-class courses, and the actual application, teaching effect and sharing of the courses will be tracked and monitored. The courses identified as national first-class courses must continue to be built for five years, and their construction and reform achievements are centrally displayed and shared on a designated website, and resources and data are updated regularly. Courses that are not continuously updated and improved, have serious quality problems, or have problems with teacher morality and ethics among course team members, will be withdrawn.
