From May 8th to 9th, the Nanjing Forum on "Innovation, Entrepreneurship and High-Quality Economic Development", hosted by the Organizing Committee of 30 People Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship and organized by the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University, was successfully held at Southeast University. Experts and scholars from Peking University, Tsinghua University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nankai University, Dalian University of Technology, Jilin University, Tongji University, Zhejiang University, Shandong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Central South University, Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Shantou University, Hunan University of Industry and Commerce and Southeast University participated in this forum. The experts conducted in-depth discussions and extensive exchanges on issues related to innovation, entrepreneurship and high-quality economic development.
The opening ceremony was chaired by Professor Zhong Weijun of the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University, the Rotating Chair of the forum. First of all, Professor Yuan Jianhong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University, delivered a welcome speech. In the speech, Yuan Jianhong said that the top experts and scholars in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship from top universities in China gathered in Nanjing and Southeast University, and conducted discussions, which closely followed the strategic needs of national development, and was combined with international research frontiers and the reality of innovation and entrepreneurship in China. She acclaimed that the forum was of great theoretical and practical significance, it also provided valuable guidance for the development of related disciplines in the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University. Then, Professor Li Yuan of School of Economics and Management of Tongji University, the Rotating Chair of the Forum, delivered a speech to express his gratitude to all professors for actively participating in this forum and to the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University for hosting this forum.

The forum was held in two sessions. The first session was chaired by Prof. Li Yuan. Prof. Wu Xiaobo of School of Management of Zhejiang University, Prof. Wu Changqi of School of Management of Shandong University, and Prof. Chen Jin of School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University gave keynote speeches respectively on "The Sixth Generation Innovation Paradigm", "Strategy and Implementation of Digital Transformation of Enterprises" and "Enterprise-Led Innovation Development Model". Professor Xu Erming of School of Business of Shantou University, Professor Liu Xielin of the School of Economics and Management of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor Chen Kaihua of the School of Public Management of the Chinese Academy of Sciences made comments on the three professors' keynote speeches.
