Abstract:
In the context of increasing downward pressure on the economy, we must continue to strengthen the "Six Stability" and "Six Guarantees". The key to stabilizing the economy is to protect market players. Choosing administrative logic or market-oriented logic to stimulate the vitality of micro-subjects will produce different effects. We should not only adhere to the principle of market-oriented reform, but also deepen reform, optimize the market environment, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. At present, the key to protecting market entities is to protect small and medium-sized enterprises.
About speaker:
Yang Ruilong is a first-grade professor and doctoral supervisor at Renmin University of China. He used to be the Dean of the School of Economics of Renmin University of China, and is currently the co-director of the Institute of Econ
omics of Renmin University of China, the Deputy Director of the Economics Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, the Vice-Chairman of the Beijing Economics Association, and a consultant to the Beijing Municipal Government. His main research fields include institutional economics, enterprise theory, etc. He has published several monographs such as Macro-Non-Equilibrium Micro-Foundation, Enterprise Stakeholder Theory and Its Application, Economic Analysis of Corporates’ Co-Governance, Economic Analysis of the Governance Structure Innovation in State-Owned Enterprises, etc. He has published more than 200 academic papers in journals such as Social Sciences and Economic Research. He has won the Sun Yefang Economic Science Award, the first prize of Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Science in Beijing, the Wu Yuzhang Humanities and Social Science Excellence Award, and the first prize of Chinese University Humanities and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award. He has won the titles of "Beijing Science, Technology and Management Expert with Outstanding Contribution" and "Beijing Outstanding Communist Party Member".
