On 17th December, 2016, The 8th International Workshop on Behavioral Operations Management，was held at School of Management and Economics , Southeast University. This workshop is co-organized by the School of economics and management, Southeast University；Department of industrial engineering, Tsinghua University and Behavioral Operations Management Society of the Operations Research Society of China（ORSC-BOM）.
The motivation of this workshop is to strengthen cooperation between institutions all over China in the area of Behavioral Operations Management by sharing new ideas and introducing research frontiers. The workshop received 54 research articles from 10 countries include China. 4 of those 54 articles had been selected to receive “Best Paper Award” and reported as keynote speech during the workshop.
