On September 20, Professor Colm Kearney, Dean of the School of Business and Economics, Monash University, deputy dean Gary Mageeand Chinese project manager Cherrie Zhu, visited School of Economics and Management, SEU.
The faculty members of Ourschool wereinvolved in the meeting. They are Prof XuKangning, dean of School of Economics and Management. Prof Qiu Bin, director of Social Science Department. Prof Zhou Qin, deputy dean of School of Economics and Management. Cao Lei,director of the Graduate School and others.Both sides conducted extensive exchanges and adequate communication on the joint master program of international business, exchangeteachers& students, and research cooperation. Moreover, a consensus has been formed about the next steps to proceed the research cooperation and jointconferences among researchers. Both sides agreed to expand areas of cooperation on the basis of the existing joint graduate training scheme.

On September 21st, Professor Colm Kearneyvisited SEU-Monash Joint Graduate School in Suzhou, which has just been unveiled before. Accompanied by Professor Zhang Weigong, they also visited the foreign teachers’ apartment and other related facilities.
