报告摘要和内容： This short paper describes an innovative product designed by the authors to utilize perishable service capacity. We conducted a field study and launched our innovative Fly-at- Ease pass at a Chinese budget airline. Taking a broader perspective, the design principle of our Fly-at-Ease pass should be viewed as a general innovative business model to utilize perishable service capacities. Small airlines, hotels, car rentals, and other service companies can launch similar products during normal periods. | |
